10/12 Days Of Blogmas: Winter Skincare Routine
Before we start I just want to say that I have a very simple skincare routine. I don’t really get acne that much I have pretty good skin I just like to maintain it. I was sent these product(besides the brush) from Higher Education Skincare and I thought it was perfect to add to my routine this winter.
Face Cleanser
So before I want really picking about face cleaners until I got one that was too watery. I need a cleanser that would actually soap up. I wasn’t sent a cleanser but I do have a few that I use. Right now I am currently using a face soap by Kel’s Your Body & Mine. Its a lemon tumeric soap that comes in a set. I wet my face brush and rub it on the soap then all around my face. I suggest getting a brush like I have in the picture above. Its soft and won’t cut up your face like the hard ones.
Clay Mask
After I wash and pat dry my face I go in with the Study Buddy Clay mask from Higher Education Skincare. I apply it with face mask spatula so I don’t get it all over my hands. It helps with applying the product easier plus you don’t waste as much product. You leave it on for 15-20 minutes and wash off with warm water. I use the same face brush to help the clay come off my skin easier.
Moisturizer
This is probably the most important step. You need to moisturize your skin after you wash it. Especially during the winter because like I said the winter is when your skin is the most dry.
